I have read this article on DesignRush, and got me thinking, and what I came up with after reading it entirely, was:
“A business growth consultant is like when you do a puzzle but you’re missing a piece. It’s that person that comes from the outside with clear vision, without getting shadowed by the day-to-day activities, and it’s able to analyze and define whether your company needs smaller or bigger changes in order to grow to the next level”
A lot of companies are getting their employees and even top management having their eyes shadowed by the daily tasks, get everything too complicated and fail to se the bigger picture, the clear image, in order to identify issues and correct them, so the company can go to the next level.

Did you ever went through that? If so, how did you tackled it?
